Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 AND TELL THEM [once again] about Abraham's guests 51 when they entered unto him, saying, 'Peace!' He said, 'Behold, we are afraid of you.' 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
