Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 AND TELL THEM [once again] about Abraham's guests 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
