As for the God-fearing, they shall be amid gardens and springs. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
