Al-Hijjr 4 of 6

Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
