Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
