"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
