"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
