Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 And We have removed any resentments which were in their breasts – they are brothers, sitting face to face on thrones. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 Except his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind. 60
