Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you!" 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
