Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
