Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains: 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
