The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
