1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 except his wife (about whom Allah says that) We have decreed that she shall be among those who stay behind." 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
