And when the sent angels came to the house of Lut. 61 he said: "Surely you are an unknown folk." 62 They said: nay! we have come to thee with that whereof they have been dubitating. 63 We have come to you for a genuine purpose and We are true in what we say. 64 Leave the town with your family sometime during the night. Walk behind them and let no one turn around. Proceed as you are commanded." 65 And We communicated to him the decree that by the morning those people will be totally destroyed. 66 And the people of the town came rejoicing. 67 He said: verily these are my guests, so disgrace me not. 68 Have fear of God and do not humiliate me". 69 They replied: "Did we not forbid you again and again to extend hospitality to all and sundry?" 70 Lot said, "These are my daughters if you want them." 71 By thy life, in their intoxication they were wandering bewildered. 72 But the (mighty) Blast overtook them before morning, 73 and We turned those [sinful towns] upside down, and rained down upon them stone-hard blows of chastisement pre-ordained. 74 Behold! in this are Signs for those who by tokens do understand. 75 The place (where this occurred) lies along a known route. 76 Surely! Therein is indeed a sign for the believers. 77 The dwellers of the Wood (near Midian) were also wicked. 78 So, We took vengeance on them. They are both on an open highway, plain to see. 79

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
