And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 for We did vouchsafe them Our messages, but they obstinately turned their backs upon them 81 And they hewed houses in the mountains in security. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 and whatever they had been earning proved of no avail. 84 We did not create the heavens and the earth, and what is between them except in truth. The Hour is sure to come, therefore, forgive them with a gracious pardon. 85 verily, thy Sustainer is the all-knowing Creator of all things! 86 And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. 87 Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers). 88 And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"- 89 even as We had sent warning to those who had divided their religion into fragments; 90 and who have broken the Scripture into fragments -- 91 Therefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account, 92 for whatever they have done! 93 Proclaim then, what you are commanded and turn away from the unbelievers. 94 For sufficient are We unto thee against those who scoff,- 95 even against those who set up with God another god. Certainly they will soon know! 96 We are well aware that you are disheartened by what they say. 97 So hallow thou the praise of thy Lord, and be thou of the prostrate. 98 and worship your Lord until what is certain [death] comes to you. 99

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
