And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers. 80 We showed them miracles but they ignored them. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the mountains (feeling themselves) secure. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 And what they earned did not avail them. 84 We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, save in truth. Surely the Hour is coming; so pardon thou, with a gracious pardoning. 85 Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator. 86 We have indeed bestowed on you the seven oft-repeated verses and the Great Qur'an. 87 Do not yearn for other people's property and wives and do not grieve (that they do not believe). Be kind to the believers. 88 And say: Surely I am the plain warner. 89 So We sent it down to the partitioners, 90 Those who break the Qur'an into parts. 91 So by your Lord, We will surely question them all 92 Of what they used to do. 93 Promulgate thou that which thou art commanded, and turn away from the associaters. 94 We are surely sufficient to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know. 96 We do indeed know how thy heart is distressed at what they say. 97 So glorify the praises of your Lord and be of those who prostrate themselves (to Him). 98 Worship your Lord until you achieve the ultimate certainty. 99
