The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ The commandment of Allah will come to pass, so seek not ye to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him). 1 He doth send down His angels with inspiration of His Command, to such of His servants as He pleaseth, (saying): "Warn (Man) that there is no god but I: so do your duty unto Me." 2 He hath created the heavens and the earth with a purpose. Exalted is He above that which they associate. 3 He created the human being from a drop of fluid but the human being openly disputes His Word. 4 And the cattle, He has created them for you; in them there is warmth (warm clothing), and numerous benefits, and of them you eat. 5 and you find beauty in them when you drive them home in the evenings and when you take them out to pasture in the mornings. 6 And they carry your loads to [many] a place which [otherwise] you would be unable to reach without great hardship to yourselves. Verily, your Sustainer is most compassionate, a dispenser of grace! 7 And (He has created) horses, mules and donkeys, for you to ride and as an adornment. And He creates (other) things of which you have no knowledge. 8 To God leads the right path, though some deviate. If He willed He could guide you all to the right way. 9
