And those who have emigrated for the sake of Allah after they had been wronged. We shall surely settle them well in the world and the hire of the Hereafter is greater: if they but know! 41 They are the ones who are steadfast and put their trust in their Lord. 42 We sent not any before thee, except men to whom We revealed: 'Question the people of the Remembrance, if it should be that you do not know -- 43 [We sent them] with clear signs and scriptures. We have sent down the Reminder to you, to enable you to make clear to mankind what has been sent down to them, so that they may reflect upon it. 44 Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?- 45 Or that He may not call them to account in the midst of their goings to and fro, without a chance of their frustrating Him?- 46 Or, that He will not seize them, a little at a time and destroy them? Indeed, your Lord is Clement, the Most Merciful. 47 Do they not see the shadows of all things God has created incline to the right and the left, bowing in obeisance to God? 48 And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant. 49 They fear their Lord above them and do that which they are commanded. ۩ 50
