Al-nahl 6 of 16
As for those who, after persecution, migrated from their homes for the cause of God, We will provide them with a goodly abode in this life: but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater, if they only knew it. 41 Such as are steadfast and put their trust in Allah. 42 And We did not send before you any but men to whom We sent revelation-- so ask the followers of the Reminder if you do not know-- 43 With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Quran), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought. 44 Do those who do evil feel secure that Allah will not make the earth to swallow them, or that the punishment will not fall upon them from where they do not know? 45 Or that He may not call them to account in the midst of their goings to and fro, without a chance of their frustrating Him?- 46 Or, that He will not seize them, a little at a time and destroy them? Indeed, your Lord is Clement, the Most Merciful. 47 Do they not see how every thing Allah created casts its shadow right and left, prostrating itself before Allah in all humility? 48 And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant. 49 They have fear of God for His power over them, and act as commanded. ۩ 50

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
