To those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah, after suffering oppression,- We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world; but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater. If they only realised (this)! 41 even such men as are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 42 Before you also the messengers We sent were but [mortal] men to whom We vouchsafed revelation. Ask the People of the Book, if you do not know. 43 We raised the Messengers earlier with Clear Signs and Divine Books, and We have now sent down this Reminder upon you that you may elucidate to people the teaching that has been sent down for them, and that the people may themselves reflect. 44 Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?- 45 Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure? 46 Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful. 47 Do the people not see how the objects Allah has created cast their shadows right and left, prostrating themselves in utter submission to Allah? 48 All living creatures and all angels in the heavens and on the earth are in prostration before Allah; and never do they behave in arrogant defiance. 49 they fear their Lord above them, and do what they are commanded. ۩ 50
