Al-nahl 7 of 16

۞ God says: 'Take not to you two gods. He is only One God; so have awe of Me.' 51 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him is duty due always: then will ye fear other than Allah? 52 Whatever blessing you have is from God, and to Him you turn for help when distress befalls you, 53 yet no sooner does He relieve your distress than some among you set up other partners besides their Lord, 54 In the end you will reject Our bounties. Enjoy yourselves; you will soon know (the consequences of your deeds). 55 They set aside a portion of the food We have given them for those they do not know. By God, you will surely have to answer for all you contrive! 56 They attribute daughters to God, the glorious, but for themselves whatsoever they please. 57 and when any of them is given the good tidings of a girl, his face is darkened and he chokes inwardly, 58 Skulking from the people because of the evil of that which hath been announced unto him: shall he keep it with ignominy or bury it in the dust? Lo! vile is that which they judge! 59 Those who do not believe in the Everlasting Life, theirs is the evil likeness; and for Allah is the highest likeness. He is the Mighty, the Wise. 60
