Al-nahl 7 of 16
۞ Allah says: 'Do not take to yourself two gods. He is only One God; so have awe of Me' 51 And His is all that is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him [alone] obedience is always due: will you, then, pay reverence to aught but Him? 52 Whatever blessing you have is from God, and to Him you turn for help when distress befalls you, 53 Then when He removes the adversity from you, at once a party of you associates others with their Lord 54 showing no gratitude for what We have given them. Enjoy yourselves awhile; but soon you will know! 55 And they assign a portion of that which We have provided them unto what they know not (false deities). By Allah, you shall certainly be questioned about (all) that you used to fabricate. 56 They ascribe daughters to God, God is too Exalted to have daughters, but they can have whatever they want. 57 When the glad news of the birth of their daughter is brought to them, their faces turn gloomy and black with anger. 58 He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that which is announced to him. Shall he keep it with disgrace or bury it (alive) in the dust? Now surely evil is what they judge. 59 For those who do not believe in the hereafter is an evil attribute, and Allah's is the loftiest attribute; and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
