On the day when We shall summon all men with their record, whoso is given his book in his right hand - such will read their book and they will not be wronged a shred. 71 And whoever is blind in this [life] will be blind in the Hereafter and more astray in way. 72 And verily they had well-nigh tempted thee away from that which We have revealed unto thee, that thou shouldst fabricate regarding something else; and then surely they would have taken thee as a friend! 73 And had it not been that We had already established you, you would certainly have been near to incline to them a little; 74 In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us! 75 They had nearly expelled you from the land and driven you away from it. But then, they too would have stayed but a little after you. 76 [That is Our] established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration. 77
