Behold, Moses said to his attendant, "I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel." 60 So when they had reached the junction of the two (rivers) they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, going away. 61 But when they had gone farther, he said to his servant: Bring to us our morning meal, certainly we have met with fatigue from this our journey. 62 The servant said: "Did you see what happened? When we betook ourselves to the rock to take rest, I forgot the fish - and it is only Satan who caused me to forget to mention it to you - so that it made its way into the sea in a strange manner." 63 Moses said: "That is what we were looking for." So the two turned back, retracing their footsteps, 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Moses said to him: 'May I follow you so that you can teach me of that you have learned of righteousness' 66 [The other] answered: "Behold, thou wilt never be able to have patience with me 67 "And how canst thou have patience about things about which thy understanding is not complete?" 68 He (Moses) said: 'If Allah wills, you shall find me patient, I shall not disobey your order' 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
