Behold, Moses said to his attendant, "I will not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travel." 60 So when they had reached the junction of the two (rivers) they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, going away. 61 So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, "Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue." 62 He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel. 63 'This is what we have been seeking' said he, and they retraced their footsteps 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience. 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 [Moses] said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order." 69 He said: then if thou wilt follow me ask me not of anything until I begin thereof some mention. 70
