When Moses said to his (assisting) youth: 'I will not give up until I reach the point where the two seas meet even though I should go on for many years' 60 Then, when they reached their meeting, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, burrowing. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 Moses said: "But that is exactly what we were seeking." So they retraced their steps. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Moses said to him: 'May I follow you so that you can teach me of that you have learned of righteousness' 66 He said: verily thou wilt not be able to have with me patience; 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
