And recall when Moosa said to his assistant, “I will not give up until I reach the place where the two seas meet or until I have progressed for ages.” 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 'This is what we have been seeking' said he, and they retraced their footsteps 64 and found one of Our worshipers to whom We had given from Our Mercy, and to whom We had taught knowledge of Ours. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me! 67 “And how will you bear something which your knowledge does not encompass?” 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said: If you would follow me, then do not question me about any thing until I myself speak to you about it 70
