When Moses said to his servant (Joshua): "I will not give up till I reach the confluence of two oceans, or I will journey on and on." 60 So when they had reached the junction of the two (rivers) they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, going away. 61 When they had passed on (some distance), Moses said to his attendant: "Bring us our early meal; truly we have suffered much fatigue at this (stage of) our journey." 62 He said: "You see, I forgot the fish on the rock where we had stopped. Only Satan made me forget to mention this; but the wonder is the fish escaped to the sea." 63 He said: This is that which we have been seeking. So they retraced their steps again. 64 Then they found one from among Our servants whom We had granted mercy from Us and whom We had taught knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He answered: "You will surely not be able to bear with me. 67 How could you be patient in matters beyond your knowledge?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
