When Moses said to his (assisting) youth: 'I will not give up until I reach the point where the two seas meet even though I should go on for many years' 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 His companion replied, "Do you remember the rock on which we took rest? Satan made me forget to mention to you the story of the fish and how it miraculously made its way into the sea. 63 Said Moosa, “This is exactly what we wanted”; so they came back retracing their steps. 64 There they met one of Our servants who had received blessings and knowledge from Us. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He said: Lo! thou canst not bear with me. 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 He said: If Allah pleases, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey you in any matter. 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
