And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 So when they had reached the junction of the two (rivers) they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, going away. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 He replied: 'What do you think, I forgot the fish when we were resting on the rock. None but satan made me forget to mention this; it made its way into the sea in a marvelous fashion' 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Musa (Moses) said to him (Khidr) "May I follow you so that you teach me something of that knowledge (guidance and true path) which you have been taught (by Allah)?" 66 He said: Surely you cannot have patience with me 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 Musa (Moses) said: "If Allah will, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in aught." 69 He said: then if thou wilt follow me ask me not of anything until I begin thereof some mention. 70
