And remember Moosa in the Book; he was indeed a chosen one, and he was a Noble Messenger, a Herald of the Hidden. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the Mount, and We drew him near to Us by communing to him in secret, 52 and [how,] out of Our grace, We granted unto him his brother Aaron, to be a prophet [by his side]. 53 Tell also of Ishmael in the Book. He was true to his promise and was a messenger and a prophet. 54 And he used to enjoin on his family and his people As-Salat (the prayers) and the Zakat, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 Tell also of Idris in the Book. He was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 We raised him to a high position. 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded them a posterity who neglected the prayers and followed lusts; so presently they shall meet with perdition. 59 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. These will enter Heaven, and they will not be wronged in the least. 60 Everlasting Gardens of Eden, which the Most Gracious has promised to His bondmen in the unseen; indeed His promise will come. 61 They will not hear therein anything vain, only greetings of peace. They will receive their provision there morning and evening. 62 That is the Garden which We will grant to those of Our servants who have been God-fearing. 63 [Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful - 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, so worship Him, be patient in His worship. Do you know any that can be named with His Name' 65
