(Muhammad), mention in the Book (the Quran) the story of Moses. Moses was a sincere person, a Messengers and a Prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mount and made him draw near to be in close communion with Us; 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And make mention in the Scripture of Ishmael. Lo! he was a keeper of his promise, and he was a messenger (of Allah), a prophet. 54 And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased. 55 Also mention in the Book the case of Idris: He was a man of truth (and sincerity), (and) a prophet: 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These are the Prophets upon whom Allah bestowed His favour from the seed of Adam, and from the seed of those whom We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and from the seed of Abraham and Israel. They were those whom We guided and chose (for an exalted position). They were such that when the words of the Most Compassionate Lord were recited to them, they fell down in prostration, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed and sensual desires, so they win meet perdition, 59 Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all. 60 [Therein are] gardens of perpetual residence which the Most Merciful has promised His servants in the unseen. Indeed, His promise has ever been coming. 61 They will not hear therein any meaningless words. They will be greeted (by the angels) with "Peace be with you," and they will receive their sustenance both in the mornings and evenings. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 And we descend not except by the command of thy Lord: His is whatsoever is before us and whatsoever is behind us and whatsoever is in-between; and thy Lord is not a forgetter 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. Worship Him and be steadfast in your worship of Him; none is equal to Him. 65
