And recite in the Book the account of Moses. He was a chosen one, a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mountain, and drew him near in (Divine) conversation. 52 And We gave to him out of Our mercy his brother Haroun a prophet. 53 And recite in the Book the account of Ishmael. He was ever true to his promise, and was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased. 55 And mention in the Book, Idrees. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 And We raised him to a lofty station. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ Now there hath succeeded them a later generation whom have ruined worship and have followed lusts. But they will meet deception. 59 Excepted, however, shall be those who repent and attain to faith and do righteous deeds: for it is they who will enter paradise and will not be wronged in any way: 60 [theirs will be the] gardens of perpetual bliss which the Most Gracious has promised unto His servants, in a realm which is beyond the reach of human perception: [and,] verily, His promise is ever sure of fulfilment! 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 (The angels will say): "(O Muhammad!) We descend not except by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us, and all that is in between. Your Lord is not forgetful in the least. 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. Worship Him and be steadfast in your worship of Him; none is equal to Him. 65
