AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Moses. Behold, he was a chosen one, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him close for communion; 52 And We bestowed on him, out of Our mercy, his brother Harun, a prophet. 53 And mention Ismail in the Book; surely he was truthful in (his) promise, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 54 He enjoined on his household worship and zakat, and he was obedient to his Lord. 55 Tell also of Idris in the Book. He was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 We raised him up to a high place. 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But after them there followed a posterity who missed prayers and followed after lusts soon, then, will they face Destruction,- 59 Save him who shall repent and believe and do right. Such will enter the Garden, and they will not be wronged in aught - 60 (They shall enter the) Gardens of Eden, which the Merciful has promised His worshipers in the Unseen. Indeed, His promise shall come. 61 They will not hear any lewd talk in it, but only Peace; and in it for them is sustenance, every morning and evening. 62 Such are the gardens which We will give to Our God-fearing servants as their inherited property. 63 We come not down, save at the commandment of thy Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us, and all that is behind us, and all between that. 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between. Serve Him, then, and be constant in serving Him. Do you know anyone that might be His compeer?" 65
