The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 By thy Lord, then, We shall surely gather them and the satans; thereafter We shall surely bring them round Hell, kneeling. 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say: As for him who is in error, the Beneficent will verily prolong his span of life until, when they behold that which they were promised, whether it be punishment (in the world), or the Hour (of doom), they will know who is worse in position and who is weaker as an army. 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Note the words of the disbeliever, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he obtained knowledge of the Unseen, or has he taken a covenant with the Most Compassionate Lord? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 We shall inherit that of which he speaks and he will come before Us alone. 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 No! Those "gods" will deny their worship of them and will be against them opponents [on the Day of Judgement]. 82
