And the disbeliever says, "When I have died, am I going to be brought forth alive?" 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 By thy Lord, then, We shall surely gather them and the satans; thereafter We shall surely bring them round Hell, kneeling. 68 Then We shall pluck out from every sect whichever of them was most stubborn in rebellion to the Beneficent. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 Have you seen him who rejected Our signs and said: "Surely I shall continue to be favoured with riches and children." 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 No, indeed! We shall assuredly write down all that he says, and We shall prolong for him the chastisement; 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 They have taken other gods instead of Allah that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 By no means! anon they shall deny their worship, and become unto them an adversary. 82
