ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
