Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
