Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
