Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
