Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
