Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
