Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
