Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
