ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
