Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
