ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
