Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
