Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
