Hast thou not seen how We sent the Satans against the unbelievers, to prick them? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
